What can I include in my custom Bali journey?
Almost anything that fits your plans. We can help with stays, private transportation, dining, wellness, island trips, special occasions, and private experiences in Bali. We’ll recommend what makes sense for your trip and take care of the arrangements.
Do you also plan honeymoons?
Yes. Honeymoons are one of the journeys we love planning. As a Bali honeymoon concierge, we can help with everything from choosing the right stay to arranging romantic experiences and thoughtful details along the way. And because every couple is different, we’ll build it around you.
How does creating my own journey work?
It starts with a conversation. You share your dates, ideas, and preferences with us. We’ll come back with recommendations, then work with you to refine the itinerary until it feels right. Once everything is confirmed, we’ll take care of the arrangements.
Can I change the itinerary after we start planning?
Yes. Your plans may change, and that’s completely fine. We can adjust the itinerary based on availability and what works best for you. We’ll keep the process as simple as possible.
How far in advance should I contact Bali Assist?
We recommend reaching out as early as you can, especially for peak travel periods, private villas, yachts, and experiences with limited availability. But if your trip is coming up soon, still get in touch. We’ll always do our best to help.
Will I have someone to contact during my trip?
Yes. As part of our Bali concierge service, you’ll have a local point of contact who can help when you need it. From small changes to unexpected requests, we’re here to make your time in Bali easier.
I’m not sure what I want to do in Bali. Can you help?
Of course. You don’t need to have everything figured out before you contact us. Tell us a little about what you enjoy, how you like to travel, and what brings you to Bali. We’ll share ideas and help you decide what feels right.

Can you arrange a Bali trip for families or private groups?

Do I have to book everything through Bali Assist?
Not at all. You can tell us what you already have planned and where you need help. We can work around existing bookings or take care of as much of the journey as you’d like. Our role as a Bali travel concierge is to make things easier for you.
How much does a personalised Bali journey cost?
There’s no fixed price because every journey is different. The final cost depends on your dates, accommodation, experiences, transportation, and the level of personalisation you choose. Once we understand what you’re looking for, we’ll prepare a personalised proposal for you.
Can you arrange last-minute requests?
Yes, whenever availability allows. Some experiences need more planning than others, but we’re happy to check. If you’re already in Bali or travelling soon, just send us a message and we’ll see what we can arrange.
