Not at all. Our Signature Collections are designed to inspire your journey, but every itinerary can be customized or created entirely from scratch. If you already have a vision for your Bali holiday, we’ll design a bespoke itinerary tailored specifically to your preferences.

Can I combine destinations like Ubud and Uluwatu?

Yes. Many of our guests choose to experience more than one side of Bali during their trip. We often recommend combinations such as Ubud and Uluwatu, or other destinations depending on your interests, travel style, and available time.

Are your prices fixed?

What payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept bank transfer and other secure payment methods. We’ll confirm the available options with you during the booking process.

What happens if I need to make changes during my trip?

Whenever possible, we’ll gladly assist with itinerary adjustments. Changes are subject to availability and may involve additional costs depending on the services requested.

Can you arrange family holidays and private group trips?

Yes. We design customized itineraries for families, multi-generational trips, friends traveling together, and private groups. Every journey is carefully planned to match your group’s interests, preferred pace, and accommodation style.

Are you a travel agency?

No. Bali Assist Co. operates as a luxury concierge service rather than a traditional travel agency. Instead of selling fixed tour packages, we personally curate every journey based on your interests, travel pace, preferred accommodations, and experiences, creating a seamless and highly personalized Bali itinerary.

Can I customize my itinerary?

Absolutely. Every Bali Assist journey is fully customizable. We tailor your itinerary around your travel dates, preferred destinations, interests, pace of travel, accommodation preferences, and budget, ensuring every journey feels uniquely yours.

What if I want to stay longer than the package duration?

No problem. Our Signature Collections are flexible and can be extended or shortened to suit your schedule. Whether you’re planning a five-night honeymoon or a two-week luxury Bali holiday, we’ll create an itinerary that fits your ideal length of stay.

How far in advance should we book?

We recommend booking at least 2–3 months in advance, especially for luxury honeymoon journeys and peak travel seasons. Booking early provides the best selection of handpicked villas, boutique resorts, and exclusive experiences.

Can you arrange honeymoon surprises?

Of course. If you already have a preferred villa or resort, we’re happy to incorporate it into your itinerary and build the rest of your journey around your chosen accommodation.

Can I add experiences to my itinerary?

Absolutely. Every itinerary is flexible. You can add or replace experiences at any stage of the planning process, allowing your Bali journey to reflect your interests and travel style.

Do you require a deposit?

Yes. Most bookings require a deposit to secure accommodations and selected experiences. Deposit requirements vary depending on the services included in your itinerary and will always be clearly explained before confirmation.

Will we have someone to contact during our trip?

Yes. Your dedicated Bali Assist concierge will be there before and throughout your journey. If you need a recommendation, a reservation, a change to your itinerary, or simply a little help during your stay, we’re just a message away.

Do you only offer honeymoon packages?

Not at all. While luxury honeymoon journeys are our specialty, we also curate personalized family holidays, anniversary escapes, wellness retreats, private group trips, and bespoke Bali vacations for every type of traveler.
